§ 38-5-81. Compliance requirements.

All users of the sanitary sewer treatment and collection system of the Village shall, on or before July 1, 1999, bring themselves into voluntary compliance with the terms and conditions of the ordinances of the Village governing connection to and use of the sanitary sewage treatment and collection system of the Village, including but not limited to the requirements of the ordinance set forth herein.
