§ 38-5-23. Classes of permits.

  • There are hereby created four classes of building sewer permits:
    (A) 
    Single-family residential;
    (B) 
    Multiple-family residential;
    (C) 
    Commercial; and
    (D) 
    Industrial.
    The owner or his agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the Village, (reference Appendix No. 2). The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the Superintendent. A permit and inspection fee for a building sewer permit shall be paid to the Village at the time the application is filed. The industry, as a condition of permit authorization, must provide information describing its wastewater constituents, characteristics, and type of activity. The fees shall be as follows: $475 on a single-family residential, $375 per tap on multiple-family residential, and $475 on commercial, with industrial fees to be determined on a case-by-case basis pursuant to information submitted.
