§ 38-4-10. Water tap-on fees.

The tap-on fee for service to each meter shall be $175. The user shall pay the actual cost of installing the meter and appurtenances. Each such meter and necessary appurtenances, including a shutoff valve, shall be of the type and model specified from time to time by the Village, and after installation the meter and necessary appurtenances, including the shutoff valve, become the property of the Village.
